Our Amazing Troop!

I just wanted to create this blog to share with all of you the wonderful things that our girls are going to be doing and learning in Girl Scouts.

Leah and I (Becky) are so proud to be the troop leaders for our juniors. We have lots of fun things we can teach the girls during the time we share together. Both Leah and I realize the importance of investing into the girls. We know that they are all going to grow up to be amazing woman. We thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of their lives.

Something we are going to be focusing on this year is serving our community. This is going to be done in different ways. We will be asking our girls to come up with ideas of how they can help impact the community around us. For instance we made all of those hats for the mitten tree. This week the girls are going to be working on a cake that is going to be donated to the foster kids of Mesa County Christmas party. Little things like this make such a huge difference in other people's lives and it also impacts our lives. This is such a great way to show love to others.
